Our Love Story
We’re Vanessa and Kah Kit—a wedding photography and videography duo based in Geelong and Melbourne, capturing love stories with artistry, authenticity, and passion. More than just business partners, we’re also a couple and best friends, sharing our own love story while helping others create theirs.
Vanessa’s journey into photography began when she met Kah Kit, who was already an award-winning landscape photographer at the time. Instantly captivated by his passion and skill, she immersed herself in the craft, learning everything she could from him.
Together, we explored the world—from the dramatic peaks of the Canadian Rockies to the hidden corners of Italy and the vast, sunbaked deserts of the Southwest USA—chasing light, capturing beauty, and falling even more in love with both photography and each other. Our mutual love for travel and storytelling strengthened our bond, shaping the way we document love stories today.
More Than Just Wedding Creatives
Beyond photography and videography, we’re adventurers at heart. We love traveling, discovering new wine bars and restaurants, and spending time in nature—whether it’s hiking, surfing, or chasing golden-hour light.
Music is also a huge part of our lives—Kah Kit is a pianist, and Vanessa is a singer—so we deeply understand how emotion and storytelling can be translated into art, whether through sound or imagery.

I’m Vanessa, an engineer-turned-photographer who left the corporate world to follow my true passion—capturing joy and making people feel beautiful through photography. With a background in landscape and travel photography, I’ve developed a deep understanding of composition, light, and storytelling, allowing me to create timeless and emotionally rich wedding and portrait imagery.
My experience in commercial and portrait photography has refined my ability to bring out the best in every subject. Using a blend of technical expertise and artistic vision, I strive to capture raw emotions, genuine connections, and those fleeting moments that make your story unique. Kah Kit is a part-time medical doctor and an internationally acclaimed, award-winning landscape photographer, renowned for his breathtaking compositions and mastery of light. With years spent traveling the world to document nature’s most awe-inspiring moments, he has developed a remarkable ability to see and shape light in a way that adds depth, emotion, and artistry to every scene.
His work has been celebrated in prestigious publications, including National Geographic and ANZANG, showcasing his passion for storytelling and the outdoors. Bringing this expertise to wedding photography, Kah Kit captures sweeping, cinematic perspectives—whether from the ground or the sky.
